We offer workshops, drop-in tutoring, appointments, small group tutoring and have books and videos that you can check out from the SASC Resource Room.
Math Placement Exam
We have workshops at the beginning of Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters for you to brush up on your algebra and trig skills before the placement exams.
Workshops
We offer workshops in Calculus (Math 16ABC and Math 17ABC) during Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. See the Workshop Schedule for days and times when the workshops meet. Come to workshop prepared to review material taught in class, preview material that will be coming up, and practice problems similar to those you will encounter on homework and exams. All workshops are free to registered students.
Drop-In Tutoring
Our drop-in room is located in 125 South Hall. The drop-in math tutoring room is staffed by the math specialists and student tutors. See the front desk of the Student Academic Success Center in 2205 Dutton, or visit the drop-in room to find the current schedule of tutors.
Small Group Tutoring
All registered UC Davis students may sign up for two hours per week of small group tutoring. To sign up for a tutoring group you will need to create an account with Tutor Trac.
