Chemistry and Biology Assistance
We offer workshops, drop-in tutoring, appointments, small group tutoring and have books and videos that you can check out from the LSC Resource Room.
Workshops
We offer workshops in Chemistry and Biology during Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. See the Workshop Schedule for days and times when the workshops meet. Come to workshop prepared to review material taught in class, preview material that will be coming up, and practice problems similar to those you will encounter on homework and exams. All workshops are free to registered students.
Drop-In Tutoring
Our drop-in room MOVED to 123 South Hall. The drop-in chem tutoring room is staffed by the chemistry specialists. See the front desk of the Learning Skills Center in 2205 Dutton, or visit the drop-in room to find the current schedule.
Small Group Tutoring
All registered UC Davis students may sign up for two hours per week of small group tutoring. To sign up for a tutoring group you will need to create an account with Tutor Trac.
Appointments
Appointments with Chemistry Specialist can be made by calling the Learning Skills Center.
